# 11d.work

> 11d.work is an order management system (OMS) for merchants whose catalogs mix
> physical goods, digital products, services, and custom work. One order can
> create a shipment, grant access, reserve a seat, and open a task without
> losing the order history.

Key facts:

- Positioning: "Every sale is not a shipment." For stores where one checkout
  can sell inventory, access, a booking, and custom work.
- Four routes per order line: ship, grant, book, do. A line can
  gate another, so shipment waits until dependent work is complete.
- Promises: available-to-promise across on-hand, inbound, and supplier stock.
  Availability can be scoped by channel.
- Sourcing: source selection per line, with the winning rule recorded on the
  order history.
- Routing dry-runs and traces: active channel routing rules can be tested
  against sample order metadata. Sourcing route traces read saved configuration
  for a SKU/order context and explain the selected path or hold.
- Non-physical is first-class: entitlements with expiry, uniqueness, and
  revoke; bookings holding real capacity; solver-scheduled recurring sessions.
- Resolution: line-level reversal policies (return, revoke, reschedule,
  refund-only, final sale), component-scoped refunds, store credit and customer
  balances, connector-authoritative reconciliation.
- Evidence: routing, sourcing, fulfilment, exception, and refund events are
  recorded in the order history with the reason.
- Shopify: embedded admin app; workspace auto-provisioned from the store
  identity (SSO, no second login); Shopify refunds trigger reversal policy.
  Private preview today; App Store listing planned, billed through Shopify.
- Pricing: not published on the site during private preview; early-access terms
  are handled through the form.
