Who we are
This website, 11d.work (the "Site"), is operated by 11d work LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("11d", "we"). Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, 11d work LLC is the data controller for the processing described here. Contact, including for privacy requests: team at 11d.work, or the form on the homepage. Postal address: 11d work LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Scope
This policy covers the Site. It does not cover use of the 11d application, the 11d Shopify app, or customer data processed through those products; those are governed by separate privacy and contractual terms made available before use, installation, or access.
What we collect
- Early-access form. Your email address, and optionally a store or company URL and a short message. We may also receive approximate country inferred from IP address or network metadata, and browser type from your user agent.
- Technical data. We and our hosting and security provider process IP addresses and request logs to serve the Site and protect it from abuse. The Site has no user accounts, no analytics scripts, and no advertising trackers.
Email address is required to submit the early-access form. Store or company URL and message are optional. If you do not provide an email address, we cannot respond to your request.
Why we use it
Early-access submissions are used to respond to you, evaluate whether 11d is a fit, and arrange early access. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in managing B2B early-access requests. Where we ask for separate consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
We use technical request data to display the Site, improve load performance, and maintain security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional, and efficient website.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use analytics, advertising, preference, or cross-site tracking cookies. Cloudflare may place strictly necessary security cookies or use similar technologies to protect the Site, distinguish legitimate traffic, and prevent abuse. These are not used by us for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Who receives it
Service providers acting on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email delivery), and Google (business email). Site fonts and scripts are served from 11d.work. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we disclose it otherwise only where required by law or necessary to protect our legal rights, users, or the security of the Site.
How long we keep it
We normally delete early-access submissions within 24 months after the last interaction unless we are still in active contact with you or need to keep limited records for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons. We delete sooner on request unless we need to retain limited information for those reasons. Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for hosting, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
International transfers
Our service providers are primarily established in the United States. Where personal data is transferred from the EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on recognized safeguards depending on the provider and transfer, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or International Data Transfer Agreement, and Swiss-recognized safeguards.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and transport encryption.
Automated decision-making
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and for its correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, these are your legal rights and you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Write to team at 11d.work; we respond within one month.
Children
The Site addresses businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16.
