Who we are
This website, 11d.work (the "Site"), is operated by 11d work LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("11d", "we"). Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, 11d work LLC is the data controller for the processing described here. Contact, including for privacy requests: team at 11d.work, or the form on the homepage.
Scope
This policy covers the Site. The 11d application and the 11d Shopify app are governed by the separate agreement provided when access is granted.
What we collect
- Early-access form. Your email address, and optionally a store or company URL and a short message, together with your country and browser type.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to serve the Site and protect it from abuse. The Site has no user accounts, no analytics scripts, and no advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To respond to you and arrange early access (your consent, and steps taken at your request prior to a contract), and to operate and secure the Site (our legitimate interests). You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your submission.
Cookies
We set no cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the Site; these are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Who receives it
Service providers acting on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email delivery), and Google (business email). Fonts and a few scripts load from third-party content delivery networks, which receive your IP address when your browser requests them. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we disclose it otherwise only where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to evaluate and serve early access, then deleted. Ask and we delete sooner.
International transfers
Our service providers are established in the United States. Transfers from the EU, UK, and Switzerland rely on recognized safeguards, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable to each provider.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and for its correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, these are your legal rights and you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Write to team at 11d.work; we respond within one month.
Children
The Site addresses businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16.
