1. Agreement and scope
These terms govern your use of the 11d.work website (the "Site"), operated by 11d work LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("11d", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
These terms cover the Site only. Use of the 11d application, the 11d Shopify app, and any related services is governed by separate terms made available before use, installation, or access; if those terms conflict with these terms, they prevail for the product.
The Site and the product are intended for use by businesses and persons acting in a professional or commercial capacity, not by consumers.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal data through the Site, including information submitted through forms and information collected by third-party services used to operate the Site.
2. The Site is informational
The Site describes 11d, an order management product in private preview. Its content is provided for information. Features, availability, dates, and any pricing shown now or later may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a contractual offer, a promise of future functionality, or professional advice.
3. Early access
Requests submitted through the form are reviewed; access is not guaranteed and may be granted, declined, paused, or withdrawn at our discretion. Use of the product during early access is governed by the separate agreement referenced in section 1, not by these terms.
4. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about 11d, through the form or otherwise, you grant 11d work LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise exploit that feedback for any purpose, including improving, developing, operating, and marketing 11d, without obligation, attribution, or compensation. Do not send us anything you consider confidential; the Site is not a confidential channel.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, animations, and code, and the "11d" and "11d.work" names and marks, are owned by 11d work LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view the Site for your own evaluation of the product. No other right is granted. You may quote brief excerpts and share links; you may not otherwise reproduce, scrape, frame, or commercially reuse the Site's content without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
- No bulk or automated extraction of content, except ordinary search-engine indexing that respects our published crawling signals.
- No probing, scanning, overloading, or otherwise interfering with the Site or the infrastructure serving it.
- No false, automated, or bulk submissions through the form, and no use of the form to send unlawful or abusive content.
- No security testing without our prior written permission.
- No use of the Site in violation of applicable law.
We may restrict or block access for violations of this section.
7. Third-party services
The Site may reference or link to third-party services, such as Shopify, and uses service providers for hosting, security, email delivery, and business email. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: 11d work LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site; and our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer rights.
10. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless 11d work LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your violation of these terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you submit through the Site.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the Site, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above tells you when they last changed. Changes apply from posting. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. General
If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect, and the provision is enforced to the maximum extent permitted. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
